This photo of Eric Wolf’s home was taken during the same time he was actively in court battling the Reingilds—an example that starkly illustrates the hypocrisy and selective enforcement that plagued our community during his tenure.
Under Wolf’s leadership, a small group—often referred to as the Wolfpack—seemed to operate under a different set of rules. They carried out construction projects without required deposits, without city permits, and without HOA approvals. These weren’t small infractions—they were blatant violations of the very rules that were aggressively imposed on others.
While the Wolfpack did as they pleased.
Selective enforcement isn’t just unfair—it erodes trust, divides neighbors, and damages the integrity of our community. Bell Canyon deserves better. We need leaders who apply the rules equally and act in the best interest of all residents, not just their inner circle.
