We put an end to expensive, unnecessary legal battles, saving the community hundreds of thousands in legal fees and restoring focus to progress, not costly disputes.

✅ Hired a Professional Management Company
We elevated our game to ensure our HOA is run with professional standards, improved service, and objective oversight.

✅ Recovered Nearly $1 Million
Through creative and strategic action, we reclaimed $500,000 from an insurance claim and $400,000 from a real estate sale—funds reinvested to recapitalize and stabilize our community’s future.

✅ Financial Discipline and Transparency
We established clear, reliable, and disciplined Balance Sheets and Income Statements. Residents can now trust where every dollar goes—and see it for themselves.

✅ Forensic Audit Initiated
We authorized a Forensic Audit to uncover and address past misdeeds in search or recouping funds and to ensure the mistakes of the past are not repeated.

✅ Infrastructure Reinvestment
We added pickleball courts, beautified the entrance center median with majestic lighting, replaced the dilapidated roof on the Community Center, and began critical road repairs—future-proofing Bell Canyon’s core infrastructure.

Held multiple community events at three Halloween events, Movie nights, Christmas/Hanukkah events, and recorded attendance at the Easter egg hunt.

✅ Town Halls

We held a State of the Canyon meeting to brief the community on where we are, how we got here, and where we are going; plus a Fire Safety Meeting where the Boeing Emergency Exit was displayed and speakers from the Emergency Preparedness Committee and the Ventura County Fire provided insights important to the community.
